  Great advice and service for my pool care. Team is always interested in my pool and water quality. Switched to copper based Pristine system. Much easier to keep clarity and balance. Kudos!

  Couldn’t be happier with my experience at this store shopping for hot tub products. Cameron was very knowledgeable and helpful. Outstanding customer service. Now I’m confident my hot tub will be pristine.

  I'll definitely be back to get all my pulse supplies here.. It's clean, organize everything so easy to find and the employees are extremely pleasant and helpful. Very nice experience shopping there.

  Just left the building 2pm 7-16-26: 4 employees were visible and 1 customer was being helped at the counter. I walked around from 1:45pm to 2pm trying to buy the needed items to fix my pool. I had no engagement and when I made the statement to the counter that I was leaving due to this, the guy on crutches immediately became argumentative. So sad, now I have to order online or waste the time to go to Washington for a single oring and cap… I can’t support local if you don’t want to acknowledge I’m a paying customer.
