- DNDerrick NelsonJul 2, 20262.0Missed their first call to get the info for my car key, called them back, and they never called me back. Ive been waiting two weeks for them to call me now when the key is supposed to be mailed out in 3-5 days. I was at work when they first called. I called them back after work, gave then some information, and the lady told me a tech would call me. I waited a week. NOTHING. The following week, I called them EVERY SINGLE DAY asking for them to call me back. Nothing. I placed my order on Jun 14 and it's now July 02 and I haven't heard anything. Very unprofessional. I gave them an additional star because their house keys and other keys are quick and easy, though expensive. But I will never ever use their car key service again. Sure it costs less, but the headache isn't worth it. Ill pay the extra 30.00 for the convenience. Luckily I was able to call today and they refunded me all my money, quick and easy.

Lowes was faster and was a dollar cheaper . The topic of digital copy was mentioned but I am sure what the value of that would be.
