I am extremely disappointed with Lowe’s pro desk and when it comes down to communication. We’ve been working on a floating deck project since mid May and with delays on shipment the project is still not done and it’s July now. We had to special order 20ft Trex boards and was told we would get them in a week. The day it’s supposed to be delivered, we get a notification on the app that it’s been delayed for 3 more weeks. One of the boards was damaged in transit and we were told about it and was told it would be replaced. Four weeks later and we still don’t have the board and we called about the board and now it seems like they don’t have any information on the replacement board. We expected the damaged board to be in the shipment we received this week and it wasn’t there. Without this board the project is put on hold again. Communication needs to be better. I understand the 20ft boards are special order but communication between the vendors on lead times need to be better so the customers are aware of actual expectations on deliveries.

Was here to pick up a front door and got a nice fibreglass door with composite frame at 50% discount. Apparently, clearance items are not shown online and coming to the store in my case was beneficial

My experience at Lowe’s in Bensalem was outstanding. The staff are so knowledgeable and helpful. John and Joe in appliances went above and beyond to make sure we purchased the washer we needed. John explained everything in detail about the washer, the warranty, availability, etc. He really took the time to make sure we were confident with our purchase.
