- AAAntonette1 day ago5.0Bob Roth was my salesman and was awesome! He was patient and answered all my questions! I found the perfect bedroom set thanks to Bob. Additionally, the delivery went smoothly and the two guys (I didn’t get their names) were in and out in no time. All my future furniture purchases will be with Raymour and Flanigan. Keep up the great service!
- BBBabyGirl354 days ago1.0Salesman was amazing. Helpful, not pushy, and very knowledgeable. Customer service and delivery were horrible. They lost my item several times on one order and waited over 3mos for another. When we got the delivery, items were chipped and had to wait another month to be "in stock". Not as good as they use to be. The quality is not like it used to be either. Drawers on the dresser are loose and have to go back to fix all their mistakes. Not very pleased anymore.
