  I was in a very tough situation this past week having to move my mom into an assisted-living. Every time we took one step forward, we took two steps backwards with different communities on Friday evening I needed to purchase a small dinette set for her new living quarters Ray Moore Flanagan was the only store that had what we were looking for the sales person manager that evening, and the Springfield store could not have been more than accommodating. They realize that we needed something quickly and they were very helpful to provide us with the table exactly what we were looking for, and we were able to take it home that night. They were kind enough to dismantle it, and Help loaded into The car at 8:30pm that evening . All 30 minutes before closing. I have purchased mist of my furniture from this store and always had a great experience. Thank you to the manger and sales rep! You were truly a blessing that night. Thank you. Carol

  I had a really positive experience with Raymour and Flanigan. I saw the furniture online and knew what I wanted. My sales associate Matt was so helpful and professional in assisting me with my furniture purchase along with explaining delivery that was best for me. I greatly appreciate.

  I recently had a great experience with Raymour & Flanigan and would highly recommend them if you’re looking for high quality furniture and helpful customer service. I was getting ready to move after being at my place for almost 13 years, and I hadn’t bought real furniture in over 17 years 🫣 So needless to say, I had almost a whole new place to furnish with quality pieces that I wanted to make sure would last me a good, long while. After visiting a few other furniture retailers around the area, and finding their quality and selection lacking, I decided to go to R&F. I worked with the sales associate Bruce, who was genuinely amazing. He spent a couple of hours with me as I tested out a bunch of different pieces before making my final selections. He even went above and beyond by calling a fabric vendor to see if we could get a piece I wanted in a “sold out” fabric and color that I really had my heart set on, and they came through for me 😀 You’re going to pay a bit more at R&F than other places, but it’s worth it because there is no comparison on the quality. I also had good delivery experiences with them as well. Both crews I delt with (on different delivery days) were quick and professional. I am so so happy with my furniture now, and I genuinely smile like a dope whenever I glance around my new home and see how lovely everything looks. Thanks so much to Raymour & Flanigan and Bruce for helping me bring my dream home to life!

  It was a pleasure to be guided and advised by Bruce who knows details and pros and cons of anything we looked at .We ended buying a Living Room Set and most likely will be returning to buy furniture for another room.Thanks again Bruce and Nancy and I looking forward to be advised again by you.

  Well, I entered the store determined to find the perfect firm mattress after years of suffering on sunken in mattress. I knew this company was the way to go. I was approached by a man and I told him I was looking to try out the tuft and needle brand since I was recommended buy a physical therapist. He said they didn’t carry it in store, I said how about other firm mattress’s?! He told me that lower end mattress’s can be found at a popular mattress store that’s down the street. I was taken aback because why is he not trying to sell the mattress’s at his store and recommend me anything that will suit my needs? Might you, I was not even asked what style or firmness I was looking for. He assumed my price range was low because of my sweat pants and hoodie?! Or my inquiry of a tuft and needle? Or maybe I looked too young to afford an expensive high quality mattress? So I insisted that he take me to try out some firm mattress’s and eventually, that he did. He didn’t change his tune until I told him how I was ready to spend any amount on a mattress due to years of pain from other brands and wasting $. In the future do not judge someone based on their clothing , race or gender. I am a young woman in her 30’s who owns a successful business and was ready to buy a mattress right away for my birthday.I don’t need to mention all of that in order to be taken seriously. But…. I will take my business elsewhere now. Thanks
