  I am extremely disappointed writing this as I have bought from raymour in the past and have had nothing but great experiences until now. I recently bought a home and we bought an entire homes worth of furniture from raymour (close to $10,000). Included was a sectional couch. 2 weeks after delivery my house is now infested with moths as the couch that was delivered was infested with fabric moths. I called customer service thinking surely they would help since we just spent all this money with them, and got a call back from “leadership” stating all they could do was refund my delivery cost. They will not replace the couch or provide a full refund for the couch which is an absolute disgrace. The amount refunded will not even cover an exterminator or someone to come professionally clean the sectional. I will not be recommending them to anyone I know, and will certainly not be buying from them in the future due to this absolutely pathetic customer service I have experienced.

  Raymour failed to honor the warranty I purchased and failed to provide my family with a safe and usable product. The product failed to do what was advertised resulting in unsafe conditions for my children. We kindly requested Raymour honor their product warranty so we can replace this couch with a safer product. I have a detailed record of the extremely unprofessional service Raymour gave my family. Sad because I have so much furniture from them over 20 years but I will never purchase again because soon as I have a problem, they will not service you.

  I purchased my furniture from the Rosevelt Blvd store & i started regretting my purchase bc I still haven’t saw my delivery… 💆🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️it’s been so long I forgot what I ordered smh! It was such a discount couldn’t assist me with fixing my delivery set up & time. I just kept getting the run around for a month or so. On my day off I went into the Raymour & Flanagan in Springfield after talking to Ms Tasha on the phone and she went above & beyond to assist me. THANK YOU Ms TASHA @ the SPRINGFIELD store. I appreciate your time & i appreciate your patience Queen!!! 🥰😍
