  I had a great experience at Raymour & Flanigan. I was able to purchase a couch at a very good price because of the discount available, and I am very happy with my purchase. I also want to thank Mark for being very helpful, professional, and patient throughout the process. He made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

  Mark at the Springfield location was truly amazing! He was very attentive and helpful even when I called to add an additional item he made it super easy. Delivery was great! They offered to assemble everything for me.

  Mina Akhter sales associate greeted us at the escalator coming down. Pointed me to the back of the department for dressers. Soon after 10” or looking I had informed her what I was interested but concern for size in room. She redirected me to a narrow same design dresser. Great friendly experience with Mina!
