Typically I would let this stuff roll over my shoulder but this is the 2nd time I have had a negative experience at this HL location. Today I came in to buy a few small things like candles nothing crazy . I checked out and when I got into my car I noticed one of the items I paid for was not in my bag. I go back in with the receipt and the bag and explain how it just didn’t get in the bag. The lady looked at me like I was making it up and then dug through the bag and let me get the item I paid for. When I got home this afternoon I noticed another item that I paid for was not in my bag. It’s one thing when people make mistakes, it’s another to be rude to customers after you made a mistake.
