  We recently purchased a new refrigerator to replace our 11 year old model that died. This is probably the fourth appliance we have bought from N.F. Landis, and we are always pleased with their service and support. We stopped in at their store on a Tuesday and the sales associate patiently answered all of our questions and helped us to find a model that was perfect for our needs. By Thursday afternoon the new unit was installed by Blake and Jimmy who did an excellent job. They were very professional, prompt and courteous. I would highly recommend NF Landis. Oh - and the price was excellent too!

  In the 30 years that we lived in our Harleysville home, we purchased every single appliance from NF Landis. Initially we were incentivized by the free second year warranty if we paid by check but we quickly learned what a great company they are with employees that truly care. I trust them implicitly and I am happy to support local businesses. NF Landis has always given me honest reviews of appliances, helped guide me to the best options for my needs, gave me fair pricing and always patient with my million questions. When I remodeled my kitchen, I of course bought my appliances from NF Landis. When I recently moved, I convinced the builder to allow me to purchase my appliances from NF Landis so that I would have their support for service calls if needed. Many many thanks to Karen Gana, Scott Landis and Dan who all went above and beyond to help me with quotes, measurements, rebates, my order, installation and assisting with a hiccup with the builder. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me!!! If I could give you 10 stars, I would!

  I had a great experience working with Karen at our local appliance store. She was extremely knowledgeable and helped guide us without ever being pushy, which made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. I really appreciated learning that their team isn’t commission-based—they genuinely work together and focus on helping customers rather than making a sale. Their pricing was the best we found, communication was clear and consistent, and there were no hidden fees at all. Overall, a much better experience than what you’d typically get at a big box store. Highly recommend!

  If I could give them six stars, I would. A great experience from beginning to end. Having had a bad experience with another local outfit, I went to Lowes to purchase the CR and NYT best-rated LG washer/dryer pair. The big box store sent them out with a clueless crew who were totally unprepared. I sent them away and got a refund. Then I found Landis. Called them and talked to a great gent who was totally accommodating and cooperative. They had what I needed. I drove to the store to pay by cheque and by the time we were done, they'd undercut the big box by 15%. And they were NICE! And their delivery crews work directly for them, not some fly-by-night sub-contractor. And they give a two-hour window at the start, not some 'set aside your whole day until we call you the night before and offer a 4-hour window.' The crew arrived on-time, and were fully prepared to deal with a bit of a challenging install. We were able to work together and cooperate. Enjoying our new washer and dryer, and enjoyed the experience of working with the Landis team.
