- KGKara Green2 days ago1.0I went to this location on Wednesday, October 7th to pick up my boyfriends dryer and lease some things myself. It was a disaster. I first was told his payment didn't go through and was asked to pay it. After paid it, I was told it was a mistake and it was already paid earlier that day....this being done by the same person who took the original payment over the phone. It's 7 days later...no refund. Was told he apparently can't process a refund correctly either with so I'm now expected to wait yet another 5-10 business days for money I never should've been charged to being with. He also tried to tell me my personal payments were more than what they actually are. I can't remember his name but apparently he has no clue what he's doing....all he's doing is ripping people off. That, and the fact of there being dog poop on the sales floor when my kids and I were there, has made me decide that after 16 years, I will no longer be a returning customer to Aarons.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
