  I placed a call to the Scranton store and Terry not only helped me find what I was looking for in my clients price range but was able to get it there within a few dsys..set up and delivered Jimmy was great with my clients they said he was friendly explaining the lift chair and getting the job done perfectly..I look forward to doing much business in the future with R&F with fir me and my clients

  Had the best sale person you ever ask for, Carol in Dickson City. She took her time explained everything to us. Didn't rush us , very knowledgeable on all aspects of the beautiful Recliner we purchased. So if you need the best, ask for Carol.

  A year and a half ago, my wife and I lost our home in a fire, so finding the right place to rebuild our space meant everything to us. We visited a few other furniture stores, but none came close to the service we received here. Javier A. truly stood out from the start. He took the time to listen to our story and understand exactly what we needed. He walked through the store with us, helping us thoughtfully select not just a sectional, but also a dining table and chairs, a coffee table, a six-piece bedroom set, and a new bed. What impressed us most was his honesty no pressure, no gimmicks, just straightforward pricing and genuinely helpful guidance. His professionalism and care made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel easy and even enjoyable. We’re incredibly excited to receive our new furniture, and we couldn’t have done it without Javier. He’s a perfect example of what great customer service should be. Give that man a raise!!!
