Unfortunately, i often had bad experiences when it comes to delivering furniture. The wait time either consumes my entire day, they never show up, or the furniture is not completely assembled and I’m left peeling off pieces of protective plastic or screwing on legs of the couch. As the saying goes, “good work is hard to find.” Not in this case. The two men (Jimmy and John) who delivered my chair not only assembled it in its entirety but were kind enough to breakdown and dispose of our old chair. The best part is, they left me with the impression they were happy to help. Oh! And they even took the time to show my elderly mother the functions of her new electric recliner. It is experiences like these that keep repeating customers and I’m happy to say I will be one of them.
