We were here for 3 years and can't do the rates increases anymore not to mention our things and the unit has mice droppings everywhere. The staff is very nice but they need to do something about the rodent problem! ✌🏼

This is the absolute best Storage Facility I've ever been in. Immaculately clean, easily accessed, and very well organized, making getting to and working with your unit extremely convenient.
Additionally, the staff is nothing short of fantastic. I had need to speak with Patrick on two occasions prior to occupying my storage unit and he was kind and helpful beyond my expectations as well as very generous with his time, making sure my questions and concerns were fully resolved.
The facility manager, Linda, is every bit as nice and as helpful as Patrick. While moving in she happened to pass by and chatted, welcoming us and making it feel like a friend was welcoming a guest into their home. That says everything that needs be said, an honest welcome, accompanied by an invitation to call upon her at any time she might be of help.

The manager in the property was approachable and polite. They also were considerate when explaining which way to go for the unit as it was my first time at this business and explained in depth how the process works when passed the gate to my storage unit. Despite at the time having technical issues with their system on site… they were inviting with helpful information and feedback. Definitely would recommend and definitely a 5 star customer experience!

Great customer service, easy access, carts available to use, secure passcode to enter the building, climate controlled, clean, and never any issues with billing. I had my unit for several years. The only reason I moved out is because I bought a house! Would highly recommend if looking for a unit in the area!
