- EKErik KrisovitchSep 3, 20261.0This review is based solely on their customer service and warranty they offer which seems to be garbage despite paying the extra fees to ensure you have a worry free experience god forbid something goes wrong! I rent a lot of stuff from this store and have been with them for years in fact I had intentions on getting more things being all but 3 items on my account are paid in full and I have funds available with intentions of furnishing my whole house but this experience got me wanting to return literally everything I have from them! Last night we had a massive storm which surprisingly blew up my 86 inch television which I just got! No big deal it’s under hassle free warranty right? Think again! I called to report it and got nothing but lied to multiple times then told I would be getting a 65 inch as a replacement for the 86 inch on my contract! The manager Rafael started getting arrogant when I explained that I would not be accepting it and that I needed this issue addressed in timely fashion! I’m told he has no manpower! That’s right guys! No manpower to hold up to their end of agreement! A written contract that states I AM NOT TO BE WITHOUT WORKING DEVICE WHILE LEASE IS EFFECTIVE! Yet I am being told unplug my television for 24 hours leave unplugged and plug It back in which is their so called solution to the problem and if it doesn’t work they will order me a new one and will take another 3 days or so to get replacement! So 4 to 5 days no television yet they took my money and god forbid I don’t pay my bill and forget it 1 friggen day my phone is getting blown up off the hook! This place is nuts! I can’t wait to part ways with this place I never ever had a issue like this with rent a center! So I sit here watching a black screen on this television I am paying almost 140.00 a month for! Life is grand! Their customer service is horrible they need to obtain a service crew to address service issues such as this! This is unacceptable! How are they able to break their contract but god forbid you do they are taking off your head! This is totally unacceptable! Never again steer away!
- SSShawnAug 18, 20262.0This is probably going to be the longest review I've done. When I first started dealing with Aaron's I wanna say 11 years ago, they were worth it. They reported to the credit bureaus which helped A LOT. I've finished 5-6+ lease agreements with them. Hardly ever run in to an issue. However, this new manager that the store I deal with, I think the only thing on his agenda is to get customers to stop dealing with Aaron's and take their business else where. First issue, I took 2 tv's that had just came back in to the store with less than 6 payments left on them both, doubled the payments to a year and the tvs should've been owned, rather go through the process of putting them back in to the system, needless to say, somehow I'm paying 2 years on them. More recently, I had an issue with trying to straighten out a banking issue, requested a payment holiday, and this new guy, seriously took there time out of his day to make it seem like I eases asking him to give me the remainder of my lease for free or something. What I do know for certain, once my current lease is done, I WILL NOT be dealing with them again. I'll take my business elsewhere.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
