  Dan was absolutely amazing and guided us through our couch buying journey. We had several attributes we were looking for. He was like, patient, and gave us plenty of space to discuss and treat privately as well. Thank you Dan!!

  I knew what I wanted for accent chairs and I had a great sales rep, Tom Webb, who was kind, gracious and fun to work with ! The two chairs are perfect in my townhouse and brighten up the room. I have always had exceptional customer service with Raymour & Flanagan.

  Dan H was an absolute delight to work with. He provided helpful guidance and information while allowing us ample space to look around to find what we needed. He was also kind and patient with our 6 yr old daughter as she got a little bored of the furniture buying process. We ended up purchasing a mattress, couch and bar stools from Dan and will happily recommend him to anyone.

  The staff is always pleasant when we visit. I wanted to come on and remark on the “platinum protection plan”. I normally don’t buy this, but I decided to try it on a reclining chair. Recently, the mechanicals broke underneath and I called for a mechanic to come and fix it. I was told that the mechanicals for the chair are no longer available since it is 3 years old and since it has some cat scratches on it, they won’t cover it at all. I told them I wasn’t calling for the scratches, just wanted the reclining to work correctly. They denied me anyways. They get to refuse me service and pocket my money. Never getting the plan ever again. Unless you have no kids or pets and the furniture will rarely be used, don’t bother. Save the money.

  The store associate , Steven, was very helpful in finding what we were looking for and had many options for us. He was very knowledgeable and patient while we looked at the options. He helped set up our delivery in the timeframe that works best for us. . All in all make Raymour & Flanigan outlet store a stop before you purchase furniture!!!
