This is my second storage I have had to purchase at this establishment and my experience with David was seamless. He took care of the majority needed over the phone so when I arrived I could go to the storage unit and drop my things in as time was a factor. I cannot say enough wonderful true things about David. Personable. Professional. Kind. Helpful. I am in the property management industry and my eye is always open for people exuding outstanding customer service to join my team. Lucky for this company he is happy where he is. I cannot recommend this facility enough; it is clean, organized, and they chose the highest quality person to manage their establishment. Definite 5 out of 5 stars.

Moving can be such a stressful part of life and the employees there made it a lot nicer deal with. And if I was ever to need another storage unit I would definitely go back to Extra Space and yoe Pennsylvania.

I have well established credibility throughout my industry and cover 20 States in my business. I can easily identify when the companies I work with are solid. Went in late afternoon Saturday and met with the manager Dave. He was friendly and easy to work with. Had some negotiating room as well. Was able to do the agreement immediately. My concern with most storage facilities are if the price will increase mid-year but I felt comfortable that everything will stay within reason. We look forward to a long established working relationship with the facility.
