  I had the pleasure of working to fulfill an order with Pedro. It ended up being more involved than either of us planned, with tech issues and coordinating all of the pieces to arrive on the same date to my new home. Pedro was so kind and patient the entire transaction, answering all of my questions and going above and beyond to ensure I received quality customer service. It's employees like him that keep me coming back to R&F for business, it's always a great experience, but Pedro went the extra mile to make it fantastic.

  Gabriel was great to work with! He was friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. He answered our questions without any pressure and helped us find the perfect couch.   Wasn’t expected to spend the Fourth of July morning looking for a new recliner, but needed one ASAP after mine broke yesterday. Gabriel Sharp was great, listened to what I wanted and took me right to the area of the store that I need to go and within minutes, I picked out the recliner and completed the deal.

  The first time we went to Raymour & Flanigan we were searching for a couch. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We love the couch we brought. I knew in time that I wanted to get a new bed to help me get better sleep and with all the ache and pain. Having sleep acme doesn't make it easier for you. I started to just look online and to see how much it would be for a new bed that will work for me. The agent I spoke to helped me a lot. We searched found the right bed and now I have it being delivered Thursday. I'm sooper excited.

  A few months ago I made a purchase at Raymour and Flanagan in Reading, Pa. My salesman was Pedro Perdomo. I was very happy with his service. He was very helpful and very professional. I was also very satisfied with the items I purchased. Recently, when I wanted to purchase some new items, I referred to the Thank You note Pedro sent me after my first order. I wanted to be sure I would be able to meet with him again because I was so very happy with his service. He listened to what I wanted and needed and understood me. He did not try to oversell and he gave very honest feedback to help me decide what I wanted. He also offered ways to save money but also get the best quality items. After I placed both my orders he was in constant communication to be sure I knew when and the time of my delivery., which I really appreciated. When the delivery was complete he called to be sure I was happy with everything. I’d like to share how patient Pedro is: I was looking for new chairs for my dining table. I believe I sat in every chair in the showroom. He left me on any own until I found what I wanted. After I placed the order and they were delivered I felt it only right to let him know they where perfect. I had friends come for lunch , we sat for 4 hours and talked about how comfortable the new chairs were. When I called Pedro to tell him how happy I was, it made him happy to hear it. It’s only because of his friendly manner that I felt I could call him to tell him my “silly” story. Raymour and Flanagan is lucky to have Pedro Perdomo as their employee, he is “one of a kind” in the business of Sales in today’s society. His appearance is “smart’, his attitude is friendly and his style of selling makes the customer feel Special. It was a blessing for me to be helped by him and when and if I need to make another purchase, he is who I will call.
