  I called Raymour and Flanigan last night with some questions about a sofa I saw on their website. I was lucky enough to be transferred to Jackie. She was so helpful over the phone. And even called me back with other information she found. So hubby and I made a trip into the showroom. We were greeted by the store manager. Jackie was working with another client but the manager took us to the sofa in question. He helped us with some questions and assured us that Jackie would be with us momentarily. Within a few minutes Jackie came and introduced herself to us. She remembered our conversation from the night before. She took her time to help us figure out all the features. She also took us to another similar sofa. Long story short, we ordered (my) original choice and added a console (hubbys input). Jackie was very helpful and fun to work with. She (and Raymour and Flanigan) will be our go to for any future furniture or mattress purchases.

  went in looking for a new mattress, was hoping to be able to get one that day to take home but was expecting to have to have it shipped to the house. walked in and was immediately greeted by such a lovely lady (i don’t remember her name sadly) we told her what kind of mattress we were looking for and she was absolutely on top of EVERYTHING!! she immediately took us back to the beds we came in to look at that were on the cheaper side. we fell in love with one of the firmer beds she showed us and the lady talked to her higher up about letting us take the mattress that was still on floor display in their store and they said we could because they were getting ready to switch out inventory soon anyway!!!! we came in and left with exactly what we wanted the same day all within about an hour or so!!! genuinely couldn’t have had it go any better because we LOVE the new mattress!!

  Nice place. Lots of nice furniture and decent prices. The only i did not expect was the piece i got was reduced by $150 by my delivery fee was $149.99. I gave 4 stars because many years ago my boss had to rate my performance. He gave me 4 out of 5 stars. I thought it should have been 5. I asked him why only 4. He said he NEVER gives 5 stars no matter how great the person performs cause EVERYONE is perfect and has room for improvement. I’ve never forgot that

  My husband and I have been working with Ann at Raymour & Flanigan for over 10 years now. She is a long-time employee, fast, efficient and very knowledgeable of the store and its products available new and older. She is kind patient, give us distance to peruse the store whenever we come in and then we always know we can come to her when we are ready. All of the pieces we purchased have become unique to our home over the years and have served our needs & desires for each room well. We appreciate the time and dedication she has always shown us from day one and that is why we continue to come back to her each time.
