  I rented from TBG in Quakertown for a few years. They were always top-notch to deal with. My initial call before I was a customer resulted in me renting a unit, they were very accommodating and really seemed to care about the customer, which was a breath of fresh air compared to their local competition (high pressure, "rent now or the deal expires", etc.). The team at TBG was very responsive with any questions or issues I may have had over the years. I recently moved out, and was dreading a painful process in doing-so, but the team at TBG was amazing throughout the process. I really can't say enough about them. Storage might seem boring, but you don't need to deal with high-pressure companies or promotional scams, TBG really did a great job throughout the entire lifecycle of my business with them. I even got a personal call from the management team upon termination of my rental to make sure I was happy and leaving on good terms. That was a super nice touch. The complaints I had were minimal, and included a rent increase (or two?) and I also had some strange issues with getting charged for insurance when I was bringing my own, but the TBG folks were great and helped when I asked what was going on. I haven't used any of the other local companies beyond the initial pre-sales calls I had with them, but if I need storage again, I'm going to get another TBG unit.

  How we pay bills on something that no one will pick up the phone or get back to the person that pays their bills or over charge their account that someone can't pay for or just take it away from you there should be laws to protect us from saying that you have insurance company but you don't have nothing like that

  If you need a well managed, organized self storage unit for a good price TBG is the only way to go. From the beginning Matt has been the most helpful and respectful of all the options around. I got the 10x10 unit for a very fair price and used it for a few months until I moved somewhere with a garage and didn’t end up needing it anymore. I called to cancel my subscription and clean out my unit, and was only on the phone for 3 minutes. No hastle or pain, just a simple call and cancel. If I ever end up needing a unit again I will be going straight back to TBG.
