  Evelyn, our sales person was friendly, knowledgeable and gave us time and space to make a decision. She also persisted through a credit card processing issue.

  Our salesman was on his personal cellphone, texting while I was trying to talk with him about the furniture we were interested in. I asked for some time to think things over and when I went to get him he ignored me. When we made our final purchase, I thanked him and his response was “yeah”. When we left the store location my husband said, in his opinion, the salesman seemed bother and annoyed with us. I am excited to receive our new furniture, but we definitely will not be returning to this location for future purchases.

  Jamie was so peaceful, kind and knowledgeable. She did not pressure or push, simply showed me the piece that fit my description, let me look it over and then answered my questions and processed the transaction. It actually was simple and delightful. Thank you Jamie Mest for such a calm furniture acquiring experience.

  We knew what we wanted, when we walked into your showroom. Our salesman, Tony greeted us with his knowledge and as soon as we told him what we were looking for, he took us right to it. He was very informative on the pieces of furniture we chose. He knows his stuff! He was very upbeat and a really nice guy. I would highly recommend asking for him, if you visit the Quakertown PA location. The prices were on sale and the prices were great! Now I can't wait for me new furniture to arrive!!!

  Evelyn was amazing. We came in looking for an adjustable bed and she really listened to what we wanted, and asked good questions to narrow down the price we wanted to pay, as well as the type of bed and features we were looking for. She is very knowledgeable and didn’t try to upsell us. We were able to try out the various beds and found one that fit our needs and it will be delivered this week. It was definitely a positive experience and we feel we are getting a good quality bed at a reasonable price. We would def recommend this store and especially Evelyn!
