  I worked with a saleswoman named Wendy. I had visited the store about 4-6 weeks prior and met her then. I was so impressed with her knowledge and demeanor that I went back to the Quakertown store and requested her by name to work with. I highly recommend her, and the store.

  Our salesperson, Wendy, had spent time with us on a previous visit and was very helpful in directing us toward what we were interested in and providing pricing info. We let her know ahead that we were coming back, and we placed our order. She was a delight to work with, and we're excited to receive the furniture we ordered.

  Always kind-of that used car salesman thing going on. You can't walk in the door without being hounded by salespeople and nobody will answer a question unless they're your dedicated salesperson. A really bad way of doing business and definitely that used car lot type feel every single time. We purchased a lot of furniture there in the past and recently two accessories. They made it a point over and over again to say, "all sales final - if this clock doesn't work when you walk out this door, it's on you". Just not a good experience at all.

  As soon as I walk into the Raymour & Flannigan, I am always greeted with a warm smile. The sales rep named Evelyn helped us at our previous visit and I did ask for her but she wasn’t available. I did want to purchase a new bed for my daughter that day. A very nice sales rep named Jaclyn was able to assist us. She was fantastic!!! She had a wonderful personality and was very professional. My daughters new bed arrived today and she loves it! The delivery man was amazing and did a wonderful job putting it together. I would recommend shopping at Raymour & Flannigans to all of my friends and family!

  We visited the store to look for furniture for my son's bedroom. We were left alone to wander and look at everything until we found exactly what we wanted. Once we had decided, our sales person, Jamie, took our information and emailed a quote that we could review on our own time before making a final decision to purchase. She added what I wanted to our cart, sent a link through email, and I made the purchase on my own time a few days later!
