Lowes Quakertown could use training and enforcement of customer service. Associates are frequently viewed talking together, leaning up against something. No help to be found in aisles... they buttons to ask for help have been removed for some reason, so now its necessary to try and find an associate and have an appropriate associate (specialist?) paged to help... typically 2 times or more for someone to show up. To find a product, it's best to do all research before arriving to the store, since associates know nothing about how to do things or what to recommend (assuming an associate is even found!). It's sad how home improvement stores are no longer places to get answers! BTW... Home Depot is only slightly better!

Buyer beware. Signed up in Quakertown PA for a Lowe's credit card because they said at the store that it was 6 months ZERO interest. 4 months into using the card for all purchases and paying it off before 6 months - I find out that I've been charged interest on all purchases under $299. This was never mentioned to me. Cancelled the card and will no longer use Quakertown store. May have even lost me as a Lowe's customer completely. Very bad business practices.

We went to this lowes yesterday looking for a grill for my husband as a father's day gift. He saw one he really liked, a pit boss grill. One employee said he would be right back to help us, another employee came over and he said they have none in stock. That's fine, we asked to see if there was another lowes that had them. He didn't say anything, just asked if we were paying for the other items we had as well. Is there another lowes that has them in stock? There is but its really far away. Um okay, we set it up for delivery. As we are watching him do this on the computer, he clicked on NO WARRANTY. He never asked us if we wanted it and that was it. We got back home and I did my own research, whitehall had 3 in stock. We got to the Whitehall location and they did in fact have 3 in stock. We purchased that one with warranty and canceled our delivery and will be refunded 3-5 business days. If i go back to the one in quakertown, I will not be getting customer service from that employee again.
