  Awful experience! I recently purchased a gas stove and had it delivered. It was supposed to be hooked up. When the technician arrived, he said he couldn't hook it up, because the gas shutoff was in my basement and not at the stove. He left me high and dry, I had to call plumber on the 4th of July and pay an additional $250! To make it even worse, just trying to order the stove was a nightmare. They canceled my order and said they had a system failure. I spent all day back and forth with customer service and synchrony, which is the credit card. Finally, nothing worked, so I had to go to the store in person. When I finally got the order completed there was a early delivery fee, because by that time it pushed it into the next day. So they tacked on an additional $20.. I was told to call the customer care number which I did today, to get refunded for the fees since they promised to waive them for all of my hassle. They told me that they couldn't refund me at that level and I needed to talk to customer service. When I called today the rep took an entire hour, to go back-and-forth with his team. All that ended up getting refunded was the gas hookup, and the extra kit that I had a purchase that was not necessary. He refused to refund me the early delivery fee and the delivery fee, even though that's what was promised to me for all the hassle. Even though I love my stove, I will never buy from them ever again! They wasted a lot of my time and money. They put you on hold for a long period of time, or they just don't answer the phone and let it ring and ring. Please be careful when dealing with them because what they say is not what they do!

  Ruby and her husband are excellent when it comes to customer support and customer service. Trinity has is excellent and it comes to customer service and customer support. Tina has excellent customer service and customer support. Adam has excellent customer service and customer support Jeanie’s has excellent customer suppor trinity excellent customer support . I appreciate the extra support when I come into the store and the Extra helping Hand, everyone is pleasant beautiful personality and I enjoyed now shopping at Lowe’s. Thank you guys.   Im here every week. Love this place. The only negative thing I can say is I don't like their policy when returning or trying to exchange a pricer item when u purchased a warranty through them. Their policy is that you must go through the manufacture warranty first, which is a Pain to do. If the warranty u purchased through them is still needed after that, theres a number u have to call and they will decide if ur item will be repaired or if they will mail you a replacement item, only after you ship the broken one back to them. Its not explained well as to what items fall under this policy. Ive returned a portable car jumper once. Easy in with my receipt, and out with a new one in hand. But when a leaf blower that cost $100 less then the jumper, both by craftsman, stopped working, I was told the warranty i bought is only effective after the manufacturer warranty is used. What if both are for 2 years? They both have the same coverage so buying a warranty is not needed for everything. Read the boxes carefully. Some manufacturers have 3-5 year warranties like dewalt. Which id like to add has the easiest manufacturer warranty to use. U can fIle a claim and get repairs done all online on their website.

  A big THANK YOU to the 2 guys working in garden center last night that helped me get a flatbed cart and load 10 bags of topsoil. These 2 guys are amazing. Hands down great guys! The four workers standing behind the customer service desk are another story. No flat carts around. The clerk told me to walk to lumber and get one. 4 employees standing around behind the counter. 1 customer who needs help from customer service. I was told to go help myself. Not really customer service.

  Ordered countertops, they said they are in stock if for some reason they aren't we will call you so you can pick another. Pay deposit, they will call within 1-2 days for template measuring and you should have your installation as soon as 2 weeks maybe upto 4. It took 2 weeks for template then "you will get a call in a few days for installation" nope got email saying pay in full then we will contact you for installation paid in full 4/20...now 5/28 i call weekly to be told I will get a call next week. Waiting on materials. Tried calling store, on hold 15 minutes with no one answering. I feel I am dealing with a dirty contractor and I have no recourse, they lie to get your money then ghost you. I thought I was safe, they are a big company but they have no integrity and will say anything to get your money. DO NOT GET ANYTHING INSTALLED THROUGH LOWE'S!! They truly do not care about customers.
