  We looked into purchasing a hot tub for quite a while, and we HANDS DOWN had the best experience at the Spring Dance Plymouth Meeting location! Chris was honestly the main reason we decided to purchase our hot tub here, even though we live about an hour and a half away. Other stores simply didn’t compare to the level of customer service, knowledge, and overall experience he provided. Chris knew absolutely everything about every tub, and if there was ever a question he didn’t immediately know the answer to, he went out of his way to find it for us (and trust me, I had a LOTTT of questions lol). From helping us choose the perfect hot tub for our needs, to coordinating delivery, to getting everything up and running and balanced, the entire process was smooth, easy, and completely low-pressure thanks to him. What really stood out was how available and attentive he was throughout the whole experience. He consistently checked in to make sure everything was going well and was always quick to help if we needed anything. We’ve had our tub up and running for about a month now, and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase! I would HIGHLY recommend purchasing your hot tub — or honestly any of their products — from this store. The customer service alone is worth it. Thanks again, Chris!

  The entire process of buying the new hot tub, removing the old hot tub and scheduling service was easy and straightforward. Ryan was very helpful during the sales process and in helping schedule the delivery, especially with the delay due to the heavy snow.

  Ryan in the Plymouth Meeting store was a HUGE help to me in literally saving my four-year-old hot tub. In January the big snow/ice storm Was about to hit and my heater and circulator had stopped working. I needed to keep the hot tub from freezing and temperatures were going to be below 25° for several weeks. He Patiently walked me through what I needed to do to keep the water running and keep the mechanicals heated. He saved the hot tub! Within four days of the storm hitting Brian from the service department was able to come out and replace all the broken parts - snow was everywhere, I dug out a path around the exterior the hot tub. Terrific customer service From both Ryan and Brian.
