  Chris at Plymouth Meeting Hot Tubs made my buying and operating my Kuawai Tub a rewarding experience. As my wife and I were looking to bring a hot tub into our porch to rejuvenate our joints and muscles we had plenty of questions and reservations. Chris made all comfortable and supported us along the whole process. He makes himself available all the time to answer questions during the start up phase and today as we enjoy this tub he continues to guide us for maintaining a clean comfortable tub.

  I recently bought a hot tub from Spring Dance and it was an awesome experience. I worked with Chris who provided me with an incredible level of service. I went into the shop multiple times and Chris spent literally hours with me talking through all the options, letting me ta float test in two tubs, and never trying to push me into anything but always looking out to try to find the best fit for me. When the hot tub delivery people forgot to bring out some of my chemicals Chris personally drove all the way out to my house and dropped them off himself. Now that is serious luxury service! I had been thinking about buying a hot tub online but I am so glad I didn’t because now I have something there for me not just in the buying process but if I have any issues after as well. I’ve have my hot tub about 3 months and absolutely love it. Thanks again Chris and Spring Dance! Very Highly Recommended!

  Chris Clayton was very knowledgeable at the store explaining features, benefits & pricing. Delivery & set up was a bit chaotic, communication around timing & who does what could heave been better. Overall good experience, love the new tub.
