Chris Clayton was very knowledgeable at the store explaining features, benefits & pricing. Delivery & set up was a bit chaotic, communication around timing & who does what could heave been better. Overall good experience, love the new tub.

Great experience from start to finish. I bought the Flair model. Our salesman Chris was great. He actually took time to explain everything, and also gave out his number if we had any additional questions. Very happy with our purchase, and the level of customer service. The tub itself is great. Would recommend them to family and friends. 10/10. Thanks Chris!

SWIM SPA INFO: For current and future swim spa owners, info on the internet is very scarce since swim spas are relatively new compared to hot tubs and not much sharing is provided. I bought an endless pool swim Recsport spa from Spring Dance Hot tubs in Plymouth Meeting , Pa (had my model in person)after much research with various companies, thorough on line research, and in person visits. There are many designs, sizes and seat configurations so important to figure out main reason you want one: master swimming, exercise and/or leisure.
One of my many questions related to maintenance required. The internet recommends the same requirement for draining and cleaning as for a hot tub at on average 3 to 6 months depending on # of people & frequency of use. Having previously owned a hot tub for 10 years, I always followed draining and cleaning 3 to 4 times per year finding an off color film on bottom, sides, and around jets. Temp was usually kept at 99-101 F all year. I don’t understand all the differences between a hot tub and a swim spa but dealers can explain. My swim spa only goes up to 99 F and for 5 months is kept around 89-93F and does also have a silver ion cartridge . The most experienced tech sales people ALL unanimously recommended swim spas be half drained at 1 year and fully drained at 2 years depending on # of bathers and frequency of use. That was shocking to me as Master spa recommends 6 months in writing. They all mentioned people do not always do the obvious maintenance, so they try to protect their companies. They all mentioned using a Mr Clean eraser to wipe down after use and occasionally shocking w chlorine. This is important to do for no scum line to form. This sponge does work for this. I have owned my swim spa for almost 2 years and just fully drained and cleaned it (50% vinegar and water). **Important to note is that the water added to the spa was double filtered using filter provided to add to fill hose (& filtered water that goes to house). The entire spa had NO film at all even in the recirculating valves once screen covers were removed. I guess this part is like a swimming pool that is never drained unless an issue arises. I still wiped down the entire tub and all the valves using small brushes in all the jet holes. There was only one unadjustable jet above where water enters that had some off color ring around it ( I can reach this w the Mr Clean sponge, so I will pay close attention to this) and the filter holders had grass and sediment ( what you find in the filters when regularly changed). I was absolutely stunned since our water has some iron sediment if unfiltered. IMPORTANT NOTE: There is water-care to set at half draining in a year programmed in to reset just like for changing (every 30 days)and rinsing or cleaning filters. My recommendation would be to drain below the filter holder at year half drain.
To conclude, if you follow instructions in manual and utilize the reminders programmed in to control panel, there is no need for increasing draining saving water. It does take some time to get the chlorine additions in a pattern, but easy to maintain once established.

We looked into purchasing a hot tub for quite a while, and we HANDS DOWN had the best experience at the Spring Dance Plymouth Meeting location! Chris was honestly the main reason we decided to purchase our hot tub here, even though we live about an hour and a half away. Other stores simply didn’t compare to the level of customer service, knowledge, and overall experience he provided.
Chris knew absolutely everything about every tub, and if there was ever a question he didn’t immediately know the answer to, he went out of his way to find it for us (and trust me, I had a LOTTT of questions lol). From helping us choose the perfect hot tub for our needs, to coordinating delivery, to getting everything up and running and balanced, the entire process was smooth, easy, and completely low-pressure thanks to him.
What really stood out was how available and attentive he was throughout the whole experience. He consistently checked in to make sure everything was going well and was always quick to help if we needed anything. We’ve had our tub up and running for about a month now, and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase!
I would HIGHLY recommend purchasing your hot tub — or honestly any of their products — from this store. The customer service alone is worth it. Thanks again, Chris!

Ryan has been a pleasure to deal with - would recommend for hot tubs and saunas locally.
