I waited for over 12 -15 minutes to have someone help me with making a copy of my key no one is ever around and if they are they won’t even ask if you need help to me I wish the customer service would be better suggestion if an associate is required for a specific item you guys should have a bell to notify an associate instead of having the customer chase an associate down

Had a project to do and Barrington was a big help! Had to come back to the store multiple times. If it wasn’t go him the project wouldn’t have been successful. He is super professional, knowledgeable, and friendly

I will not be using Lowe’s again and strongly recommend avoiding their installation services.
I paid Lowe’s about $2,600 upfront to remove carpet from my stairs and install wood treads. My contract clearly included both materials and labor. The materials were delivered, but no one ever contacted me about next steps.
After I had to proactively call Lowe’s, I was told they made a billing mistake and I would need to pay an additional ~$450 — something I would have no way of knowing or catching as a customer. They only discovered this after speaking with the installer.
What’s worse is that instead of contacting me, the employee who made the mistake added a note in their system stating that I had agreed to pay the additional cost — which is completely untrue. I only found out when I received a random text asking me to sign an updated contract.
I spent over a month escalating this issue and made 10+ calls between the store and corporate. Even though Lowe’s admitted this was their error, they refused to honor the original contract. My only options were to pay more or cancel.
I was forced to take a refund after weeks of delays.
This was a complete failure in process, communication, and accountability. I paid in full based on Lowe’s contract, and they still wouldn’t stand behind it. Even as a long-time customer of over 15 years who has used Lowe’s for previous projects, they refused to make this right.
I will not be using Lowe’s again and strongly recommend avoiding their installation services.

I Love Lowe's.
I think they hire the BEST and FRIENDLIEST and HELPFUL employees ever. The Assistant at the checkout line scanned my items, put them back in my cart after I didn't want a bag, and I gave her my Lowe's card to complete my transaction.
Loved it.
Thanks Lowe's

LOWE'S PRO FAILS TO PERFORM DUE DILIGENCE for a 25 YEAR LOWE'S PRO MEMBER
PLYMOUTH MEETING Store - Employees were nice as was the Assistant Manager on Duty, but the Lowe's Pro did NOT PERFORM HER DUE DILIGENCE in selling me the cabinets. Merriam Webster - "DUE DILIGENCE is the care that a reasonable person exercises to avoid harm to another". This long time Lowe's Pro failed a Lowe's Pro customer of decades as that Pro is supposed to be the expert of cabinets and countertops!!
Although they were beautiful and the color and door design I had chosen, as a lay person I did not realize that a 2" deeper cabinet (24") would result in destroying a perfectly good countertop, hence an additional $1172 expense for an 80 year old Lowe's Pro member of 25 years. Lacking DUE DILIGENCE, as the cabinet employee asked me to measure to see if the cabinet layout would fit under our stairs in the basement, but never took it to the next expected issue, WOULD THE EXISTING COUNTERTOP FIT ON THOSE 4 BASE CABINETS? I discovered, after the fact, that Lowe's has an ENTIRE PRODUCT LINE OF CABINETS FOR TIGHT SPACES, offering 21" or 22" deep cabinets as the ones damaged by 2052 gallons of water flooding from the street through a defective water heater were only 22" deep. Sadly, THAT PRO NEVER INTRODUCED THE NEEDED PRODUCT LINE to a LIMITED SPACE AREA CUSTOMER!
The Cabinet/Countertop "Lowe's Pro" was wearing several badges earned for her services but SOMEHOW REALLY DID A GRAVE DISSERVICE to a 76 and 80 year old couple working exclusively with Lowe's for decades. We'll have to rethink our loyalty as Home Depot did a beautiful job at recarpeting our finished basement with a Lifetime Warranty nylon carpet.
TAKE IT TO CORPORATE OFFICE?
Another 1-star review as Beth P. said of the 1" SHORTER COUNTERTOP, NOT FULLY COVERING/PROTECTING the softer wood from CHIPS AND DINGS NOR LIQUID SPILLS WAS A "PERSONAL PREFERENCE". Not so, according to a cabinet maker and our builder; that a HARDENED LAMINANT, QUARTZ OR GRANITE SURFACE IS ALWAYS EXTENDED 1" MINIMUM BEYOND THE CABINETS for their protection. The insult that Corporate employee Beth P thought she could convince anyone with her non-professional statement, lacks validity and accountability!
Maybe Lowe's should rethink how they interact with their long-time Pro customers.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
