- RRReem RocApr 20, 20261.0I had a very poor experience with Extra Space Storage. My rent was increased without any notice at all—no email, no letter, nothing. On top of that, they locked me out and denied me access to the building the very next day after my payment was due. What happened to a grace period or basic customer courtesy? This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially when you’re trusting a company with your personal belongings. Communication and fairness should be the bare minimum, and they failed on both. I would strongly recommend staying far away from this place at all costs.
