  Amanda was the associate that helped me, and I gotta tell you she was outstanding! If anything I'm under exaggerating If the score was 1 to 10 with 10 being the best, she'd be about a 20. I walked in with a broken part for my pool filter. I told her the brand name and what was broken. She said yeah we have it. I asked her if she wanted the old part she said no I do not need it And then she come back about a minute later with the part. I pulled the broken one out of my pocket Exact one I needed Then explained I had another problem and she said there should be a gasket in there. It's an O-ring. She said if that's missing it'll leak like you described it. I said we'll have to take it apart and bring you the old one. I have the one you need if you don't need it and the gasket is in there just clean it off really good and put some lubricant on it Back up. And she pulled the gasket out and said this is the one you need.! She was more knowledgeable than the store I purchased the stuff from And she was more knowledgeable than the installers I hired you were supposed to be professionals. I was absolutely amazed. I asked her if I could talk to her boss just to tell him or her what a good job she did and she said that's not necessary. If you get a text about providing feedback, she said I'd appreciate if you fill it up, but none of it is necessary. Not only One of the most experienced and knowledgeable people I know when it comes to swimming pools, but also very humble. If I owned Valley pool and spas, I would want her working for me. You just can't find That quality of an employee and that awesome Customer Service anymore.

  Every time we go there we are treated great. Everyone there is friendly, and answer our many questions with smiles. Pools great too lol.

  The person who waited on me I wish I could remember right now fantastic job and telling me what I needed to do came home the next day I did what he said and everything is perfect. I just have to take a water sample out so that they can tell me what I need wonderful😊
