  The employee was helpful and pleasant. But there was a long wait while he was the only one ringing out customers.waited about 25-30 minutes as there was about 9 people in line possibly more. Another employee got lost in the back and the other was doing water checks and not assisting anywhere else. Add a few more

  Jake, who I believe is the Manager of the Valley Pool & Spa at McIntyre Square could not be more helpful. He is knowledgeable and patient and we keep going back because of his customer service.

  Curt provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was very attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I had everything I needed for my pool. He answered all of my questions, offered helpful recommendations, and made the entire experience easy and stress free. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. I highly recommend Curt to anyone looking for excellent service and expertise. Thank you for all your help!
