  I purchased an above ground pool, installation service, heater and pump from Valley Pool & Spa and since the beginning the experience has been terrible. The men who came to install, installed it backwards and tried to convince me to leave it as is and dig new wire lines, they also cracked my pool light. I paid for a closing which was done correctly, but the opening that I paid $800 for has been a disaster. The original team that came did not put together my pump correctly so it was leaking everywhere, they poured chemicals on my grass so there’s a giant patch of dead grass in my backyard, and they did not install the jet correctly so it’s pushing water away from the filter. Called Valley Pool and they sent someone else out to do the opening correctly, however this new person still did not install my pump right so it’s leaking water and the pressure is too high. He also never fixed my jet and told me the original team didn’t do there job right. To top it off I got a bill for $130, which I had to contact them several times about and when someone finally got back they said it was “accidentally” made. Terrible service.

  Absolute excellent customer service! They had the pool robot that I needed in stock and answered all my questions about the robot. Jake was amazing and was very patient and informative!! Will definitely be back and will recommend!!

  I have been a customer for almost 6 years now. Love my spa tub. Amazing service. Very knowledgeable. Plenty of products for my needs. Curt has been simply amazing to work with. He was very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure the customer (me) was taken care of. Will continue to be a customer!!!
