  Once the technician arrived he was able to locate the problem with my hot tub and promptly fix it. Gave tips to protect the spa from mice. My only complaint is the time frame was not as they told me. I re arranged my morning to accommodate the arrival and they arrived well after the scheduled time frame.

  The staff in Monroeville are awesome to work with not only in product knowledge but keeping my pool and spa clean with the products they recommend.

  It was a drill bear that helped me today. When I walked in, there were three or four guys standing having a meeting in the front of the store close to the cash register. They seem to have had a lot to discuss. I’ve had better experiences in the store.

  The management and employees at Valley Pool & Spa are honest, friendly, respectful and responsive. I had a recent issue with a pool vacuum and was told at another pool store that the motor was bad and I should purchase a new $2K+ robot. I called Valley Pool & Spa on McKnight Rd and they told me that they would look at it and run diagnostic tests to see what the issues was as a second opinion. They diagnosed the issue while I waited in the shop, ordered the part and sent me home with a spare part in the meantime so we could use the vacuum. The part arrived quickly and they installed it while I waited. They could have sold me a new $2K+ machine, but their honesty saved me tons of money. I really appreciate the honesty and help of Jake and the employees at Valley Pool & Spa in McIntyre Square! I'll go there for all of my pool & spa needs and will refer them to everyone I know!
