  These people charged a woman $300 for chemicals just to clear the water in her pool after she brought her water in for testing. Not only is that disgustingly unnecessary but the chemicals didn't even clear the water in her pool! This place takes advantage of vulnerable people!!!!

  Pool City sells defective pools and will not stand behind their products or provide warranty work unless you publicly shame them. I had to spend $3500 on repairs that should've been covered under warranty and they only offered to replace the pool after I created a social media page to shame them.
