  There service department is horrible to respond ! You can only get ahold of them by email . We got a gazebo around our hot tub and it broke writhing a few months after paying 7,000 for it ! Will never do business with them again

  Over the years, I never had a good experience at Pool City — until now. We went in looking for a hot tub fully expecting not to buy from there, but Adam completely changed our minds. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to show us several options while answering all of our questions. The best part was that he was never pushy or arrogant, which made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. Although the Robinson location is quite far from us, it will be the only Pool City we shop at from now on. We can’t wait for our new hot tub to arrive. Thanks again, Adam, for the outstanding customer service!

  Come see Chris M. at Pool City in North Fayette for your patio furniture needs. They have a huge selection of beautiful great quality options. Ordered mine and can’t wait to enjoy it. Chris was knowledgeable, courteous, respectful and helpful. It’s worth the trip!
