  I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent appliance delivery experience and the inadequate resolution that was offered by your customer service team. I initially scheduled delivery of my new refrigerator for September 24, 2026. Unfortunately, the delivery was unsuccessful because the driver stated that his GPS directed him to an alleyway rather than my residence, despite the fact that my home is located on a clearly marked main street. As a result, the delivery had to be rescheduled for September 28, 2026. While the second delivery was eventually completed, the service still fell well short of expectations. I paid an additional fee for the removal and haul-away of my old refrigerator, yet the delivery team simply left the old appliance sitting on the sidewalk in front of my home. This not only created a significant inconvenience but also left me responsible for dealing with a bulky appliance that I specifically paid Lowe's to remove. The overall experience has been extremely frustrating. In preparation for the original delivery date, I removed all of the food from my refrigerator and adjusted my schedule to accommodate the delivery window. When the delivery failed due to what appears to be a navigation issue on the driver's end, I was forced to repeat the process several days later. Now, despite paying for haul-away service, I am left with an old refrigerator sitting at the curb. To make matters worse, when I contacted customer service regarding these issues, I spoke with a representative named Tina who informed me that Lowe's does not refund delivery fees. The only resolution offered was a $15 electronic gift card. Frankly, this gesture does not come close to compensating for the inconvenience, wasted time, disruption, and failure to provide services that I paid for. I was also disappointed by the handling of the call itself. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, Tina refused my request, stating that a supervisor would simply tell me the same thing. As a customer, I found it unacceptable to be denied the opportunity to escalate my concerns and discuss the matter with management. I have been a customer of Lowe's because I expect reliable service and accountability when issues arise. Unfortunately, this experience demonstrated neither. I paid for delivery and haul-away services, experienced a failed delivery through no fault of my own, endured the inconvenience of preparing for multiple deliveries, and am still left with the burden of an appliance that should have been removed. The response offered by customer service did not adequately address the situation or reflect the level of service I expected from Lowe's. I am requesting a more appropriate resolution that reflects the significant inconvenience and failure to provide the services I purchased. I would appreciate a prompt review of this matter and a response from a member of management.

  The Robinson Lowe's might not suck, but Lowe's delivery service does. Last December I purchased a washing machine that took 3 attempts to get delivered. On 9/12 I ordered a dryer. Delivery was scheduled for 9/19, with a delivery window between 3 pm and 7 pm. At 12 minutes to 7 I get notified that the delivery would not happen. We wasted 4 hours of our day! I called the number provided to reschedule. The wait time to speak to an associate was 1 hour! The next morning I called again. Now they screwed up the initial delivery, and the next available delivery day they could do was next Friday. I would think a canceled delivery would go out the next day!? With that being said, I canceled the order and purchased from Don's Appliances which I should have done in the first place. To hell with Lowe's and how they treat their customers with no respect! I will never purchase anything from them.again!

  Did a terrible job installing new toilet. Toilet runs constantly and is crooked. Left a mess of used paper towels and garbage in our bathtub. Cancelled our first appointment for them to come back and fix it with 0 reasoning. Today, they were supposed to come out again between 11-2, and we received no phone call and naturally they never showed up. Zero urgency to fix a problem they created. We got in touch with someone far after the appointment had come and gone with no one showing up, and we were told it would be handled. Two days later with absolutely no follow up, someone from a call center reached out asking how the service that was never rendered went, wanting a review. UPDATE 9/14/26. Ghosted once again for the next appointment they scheduled. 0 help in the store. 0 help on their hotline. Absolutely miserable experience dealing with Loews, their terrible business practices, and their total lack of care for anything other than what they made from us buying the toilet in the first place. Do not purchase a toilet from Lowe's, do not allow them to install anything in your home. We are 3 appointments in and have been ghosted every single time with no call or follow up.

  Incredibly rude customer service at self check out. Older gentleman standing there was presumptive, rude, and actually told me to get out of his way when I was checking out. I was getting spray paint and codes needed to be entered because that product has an ID check, but he did not say anything, I asked him if he needed to check my ID and he said "no" before telling me to get out of his way. I wasn't even able to look up my Lowe's account to get a discount before he got in my way in the middle of my transaction. I don't know who this man was but he was acting like he's never worked a customer service job before.
