The employees at this Lowe’s are literally THE BEST!!!!! Every single person we’ve interacted with has been so incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and willing to help.
We were struggling to find a solution to a plumbing issue and had already spent an hour and a half at Ace Hardware trying to figure it out. Then, one of the employees here came out of nowhere, took about two seconds to understand what we needed, and gave us a solution that worked PERFECTLY. 🙌🏼
Then, another time, we were walking around trying to find something we needed for our bathroom, and once again, an employee came over, immediately understood what we were looking for, and gave us the perfect solution.
It’s honestly amazing how knowledgeable and helpful the employees here are. They’re always so nice, they actually take the time to have a conversation with you, and you never feel like you’re bothering them when you need help. It genuinely feels like such a welcoming community, and that makes such a difference.

The McCandless store is truly exceptional. Rebecca (manager), Petra, Jamie (manager), Toni, Adam, the whole pro team... This store is our happy place. My daughter Ellie (4yr old) and I go at least twice a week and it is such a special time for us to look at all things we "need" for all of our projects. I flip houses and maintain my rentals, I consider this store part of my team and success. Thanks so much Lowes McCandless!!!!

This store is a joke! I’ve now bought 2 appliances through them as well as 4k worth of flooring and literally nothing has gone right. I am genuinely nervous about the install of the floor this week. When you call in to speak to someone they’re super rude and when you show up to talk nobody has any idea how to do their job. Even buying a simple grill took 45 minutes. Done shopping here!

I really hope store management recognizes what an incredible employee Kelly is, because employees like her are the reason customers keep coming back.
She went above and beyond to help me today, but what makes her truly exceptional is that today wasn’t a one-time thing. Every single time I come into the store, no matter how busy she is or how much she has going on, she takes the time to acknowledge me, say hello, and help if I need something. She never makes you feel like you’re bothering her or that she’s too busy for you.
She is always smiling, kind, patient, and genuinely welcoming — something that unfortunately feels increasingly rare in customer service today. She is also absolutely wonderful with my kids and my dog, and those little interactions mean more to customers than people probably realize. She doesn’t just provide great customer service; she makes people feel seen, remembered, and valued.
You can train someone to do the tasks required for a job, but you cannot train someone to genuinely care about people. Kelly has that naturally. She is an outstanding representative of this store and exactly the kind of employee a company should recognize, appreciate, and do everything it can to keep.
