The parking lot is a dangerous mess. The man working the paint desk was arrogant. They have an emergency exit that you can enter through but not exit through and that’s insane.

I got a dryer delivered from this Lowe’s. It was exchanged and the woman (over the phone, not necessarily with this particular Lowe’s) charged me $100-200 more than she should have. I have called customer service multiple times and been on the phone for hours just trying to get this resolved. The dryer itself is great, and the delivery process/installers were also great. But customer service told me twice that the store was supposed to call me to get this resolved and no one has. I frankly don’t know who to place the blame on, I just am not getting the help I need from either Lowe’s corporate or from this location. I am hoping this 1/5 star will get someone’s attention!

I was happy to hear the Lowe’s was offering delivery even though I only live 3 miles away from this location but I don’t own a truck. To my disappointment my delivery did not come on the day scheduled and I received an email that it was cancelled. I went back to the store and they said it was because they needed a special truck to deliver my 8 sheets of drywall. They rescheduled it for the next morning, was it supposed to be the first delivery. Got an email that it would be delivered between 6am and 10 am. Never came, went back to the store and was told it was on the truck and would be delivered later in the day. 2 days wasted with workers at the house. Save yourself time and aggravation go to Home Depot.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
