  La-Z-Boy in Robinson was very helpful in sending Jessica to my house to choose the right sectional and color in my living room. A week later I went to the store and with computer images I could visualize my new living room.

  REVIEW Jessica is wonderful! She is deserving of much more than this review from a very satisfied Lazy Boy customer. Over the past four years, I learned that the furniture I wanted for my living room was not being made and, if it was made it would cost a mere fortune. I was frustrated and stopped looking for some time. Unbeknownst to me, a casual visit to the Lazy Boy showroom in Robinson and a chance encounter with Jessica changed my attitude and approach and resulted in our living room finally looking like a room one would want to spend time Jessica LISTENS and I felt heard. She is kind, PATIENT, creative, knowledgeable, RESPECTFUL and GENEROUS, especially with her time. I believe she spent nearly nine hours with my mother and me between all three appointments. After what seemed to be hundreds of swatches and renderings, Jessica developed/created multiple living room for my mother and me. The final choices have created a comfortable, calm and livable space. Everything Jessica suggested looks great in the room. Jessica has integrity and when she says she will do something, she does. I appreciate that quality in this ever-changing world of declining customer service. I requested her floor plans and Jessica sent me her floor plans with some additional furnishings to consider should our electronics change in the future. Jessica approaches customers with a pressure free demeanor and rolled effortlessly when interacting with my elderly mother’s multiple disabilities. Not everyone can do that. We LOVE the ACADIA POWER RECLINER and intend to purchase a second one. It has a higher back for your head than expected and the chair molds well to the body supporting the spine and helping posture. It is VERY comfortable. Makhia, our sales associate, was friendly, kind and good follow through. He sent me an email with lamp options and informed via a telephone call and an email when our furniture was completed. I would be remiss if a did not mention another exceptional person, Portia, one of the store managers. She exudes energy and a positive demeanor. It is infectious. Nothing is beneath her. When Jessica and Makhia were not in the store, Portia jumped in helping me determine the lamp size needed for the side tables we purchased. She was carting multiple lamps around the store to the side tables we purchased. She was measuring and documenting the best size for our tables. We will be purchasing the MONTAUK LAMP. I cannot say enough good about my experience. Very Respectfully, J K

  My experience with LA-Z- BOY could not have been better. Carolyn greeted us at the store and was very courteous and helpful without being pushy or hovering. The delivery was set up promptly and the guys were actually early. They were also very professional, insuring I was pleased before they left. Great experience

  This was a very difficult decision because of price and selection ...I liked the most expensive ones....of course! Portia was very accommodating and Caroline was very helpful too. My old chair was Lazy boy and I wanted to get the same brand...

  The salesperson and other staff were friendly, helpful when asked but not intrusive or pushy. Borrowing fabric samples was easy and the final sale process very efficient, very quick with thorough information. I am waiting to get the chair I ordered. If delivery is as good as the in store process, I’ll be super pleased.
