  Michelle was patient, answered all my questions and got me the best price. Written later: I had the chair for 2 days and it is unsatisfactory. When I tried to return it, Lazy Boy refused. I would never deal with them again,

  The sales people at La-Z-Boy were excellent. They took the time and effort to understand what I was looking for. Helped me with furniture selection and we're patient as we look through several material samples.

  I wish someone would return my phone call from yesterday morning because the follow-up from my Sunday store visit never arrived. I also was not told upfront about an expiration date on store credit because you don’t issue a refund. Do Better! Love my sofa after hating the first one that was delivered defective.
