  I absolutely love this store and drive an hour to come here but never again. I had the most bizarre experience here where I was waiting with two plain clothes people (wearing jeans) TWO minutes before the store opened on 5/14. We were all outside and I said hello to both people assuming they were also shoppers since they were standing there waiting. It was 8:58am and the store manager comes to the front and opens the doors by pulling them. All three of us walk through but he closes them so quickly he hits me in the right arm which I found strange. No one says a word. I'm walking into the store and this same man is behind me and says "you can't be in here". I'm already at the registers and he has a big grin on his face so I thought he was joking. He said "you need to get right back outside NOW.". To which I apologized saying "Oh are those workers?." but the whole interaction was so strange. Why did he even let me in and let me walk entirely through the front of the store? He seriously made me walk back outside, stand there for 60 seconds, then let me back in and was grinning ear to ear. This is by far the most bizarre interaction I ever had here. I understand that rules are rules but don't let me into your store then yell at me for coming in?!

  Had a hard time finding things. I don't remember aisle markers to describe anything. I had to hunt an employee down for help. He didn't seem to know where anything was or to want to help at all. Felt I was annoying him. Still ended up buying wrapping paper instead of Kraft paper as I just gave up after wandering for 30 minutes looking for what I actually wanted. Spent less than $10.

  I had one exchange and was treated like a second class citizen. The lady at your return desk today needs a lesson in customer service. Also, it was the same item contrary to what she tried to tell me. I work retail and I matched up the sku numbers. Do better.
