I had my unit for a year, and they raised my rent three different times. It went from $89 up to $143. I got my unit online and it said that the second month was discounted. Never received that discount. The facility was very clean and secure. However, the app is horribly glitchy. I found another unit twice as big for about half the price not even 10 minutes away.
