Tricia and staff were wonderful! My daughter had an emergent move from her apt and we were assisted immediately. We were welcomed, given a tour, and signed our lease within 30 mins! I was already having a poor customer service kind of day when I decided to to venture into Extra Space Storage to bring them up to speed on my lost key, plus not remembering the code procedure to get inside. When I arrived the door was locked because they were away at lunch. I rang their RING camera and the gentleman on the other end told me to sit tight and the attendant was at lunch. She came back in no time, What ever problem I presented to Tricia, she answered with grace and poise!
She walked me through the code entrance procedure, she cut my old lock off! She was knowledgeable about different questions that came to mind. I TRULY appreciate her! She turned my day around. Thank you, Tricia!

The lady in the place was great. Very professional and very pleasant to talk to. The problem was the price increases every 4 months. Never go down and always go up. Probably would end up paying 500$ for a 10x10 in 2 yrs after starting at 120 when promo ended. Climbed to 235 under a yr. Ridiculous. 5 stars for the employee and 1 star for the company.
