My bill started at $130 for a 10x12, 9 months later it is $255 and with the late fee it’s over $300. I do not recommend this place every three months they reevaluate your storage unit supposedly and they hike your way up the first three months, it was 60 something dollars three months later another $60 and now with a late fee I’m over $300 for a 10 x 12 storage unit. Do not go with this place. I’m telling you they say that they raise your rent to match prices around the location which is a lie because I priced other storage facilities and they’re not $255 for a 10 x 12 unit. It’s disgusting that they do this to people they do it so you move in and you stock pay in their bill that they raise it to whatever they want and there’s not a damn thing you can do about it except move out.
