- NHNicole HamlettMay 6, 20261.0I called them twice once in November to try to schedule a service appointment for the spring and NEVER received a call in April as promised so I called in May because I know it gets busy. The lady that answered the phone was very RUDE I believe her name was Carolyn I simply asked her if I could get a scheduled appointment she said "I don't see where we have ever come out to your home meanwhile there is a company sticker on my unit with (Emco's) name on it that's why I reached out because im the new owner. She said the answer is NO nobody will come to service you. WOW very disappointing I'm very surprised they are still in business if this is the way you treat your potential or prior customers. I'm happy I called back after reading your reply and actually got the chance to speak with you again verbally for the record I was NOT impatient I was rushed and MISINFORMED..if you are NOT taking new customers that is all YOU had to say.
