After dealing with another local service that ultimately couldn't handle our needs, Emco stepped in and completely saved the day. The technician who came out was incredibly prompt, professional, and thorough. His depth of knowledge was immediately obvious—he didn't just patch things up; he took the time to diagnose our system correctly. He actually ended up finding and correcting several ongoing issues that we had been struggling with for years. If you want a company that is reliable, highly skilled, and gets the job done right the first time, look no further than Emco. We couldn't be happier with their service!

  I called them twice once in November to try to schedule a service appointment for the spring and NEVER received a call in April as promised so I called in May because I know it gets busy. The lady that answered the phone was very RUDE I believe her name was Carolyn I simply asked her if I could get a scheduled appointment she said "I don't see where we have ever come out to your home meanwhile there is a company sticker on my unit with (Emco's) name on it that's why I reached out because im the new owner. She said the answer is NO nobody will come to service you. WOW very disappointing I'm very surprised they are still in business if this is the way you treat your potential or prior customers. I'm happy I called back after reading your reply and actually got the chance to speak with you again verbally for the record I was NOT impatient I was rushed and MISINFORMED..if you are NOT taking new customers that is all YOU had to say.

  Technician arrived and efficiently diagnosed the issue and completed the repair very quickly and was very neat in his work. Very professional and knowledgeable! I have been a client for many years.

  Headline: Inconsistent service and management, we're taking our business elsewhere. It's very difficult to get in touch with them, first of all. More importantly though, their service overall is sketchy. This spring we found that they didn't shut off our valve as they have for every year in the past. This resulted in thousands of gallons of water flowing right down the street for nearly 36 hours until we noticed it. If they wanted to retain our business, they would have offered to do something about this or offer some compensation as their negligence I'm sure cost me a lot on the water bill from the wasted water. All of that said, their technicians are pleasant and have done a nice job for us sometimes.

  AVOID! Just a heads up....tried to use this company to do our fall service last fall and our spring service a few weeks ago...here is what happened Fall- - instead of shutting off the water valve to the front of the house, the technician shut off the main water valve to the house. I was traveling, so took quite a while to explain to my wife where that valve was so she could use water in the house again. Spring - we have a front/back system. After service, the technician shut off the valve at the backflow preventer...when I opened it, the backflow was leaking. Went to check the back system, and he had closed off the main valve to the back. When I turned that on, water was leaking everywhere around the backflow. I called the company and asked why they left it in such a state, and they said the technician was worried the system would freeze, so he shut off the back valve (but not the front one!?!??!). I told the guy on the phone I called to see if I should invite them out for a third try, and I think I've made my decision...he said "you do what you have to do---have a nice day" and hung up on me. So, I'm doing as he suggested...Im doing what I have to do...posting this experience for everyone to know about it. I wouldnt waste my time with these folks. They appear professional, but their work is sloppy.
