  I ordered furniture from them in December 2024. I paid in full, which was a huge mistake. I did not receive the furniture until June after numerous phone calls and emails. I do like the furniture, however, I felt like I was getting the runaround. Today, speaking to a friend of mine who had a very similar experience. I never posted this review earlier as I did not want to damage their reputation, however, this seems to be a common practice.

  We have recently remodeled our home with new furniture from Bradley Michael’s including our master bedroom and bath room, and our daughters room and installed new carpeting from them in our formal living room and dining room, stairs and hallway. We were so impressed with the overall quality, customer service, and professionalism that we incurred from them. Both Michael and Bradley were both so personable , reliable, dedicated, and focused on beautifying our home. Their show room is absolutely gorgeous and full of impressive and unique designs. I would highly recommend them for any or all of your upcoming furniture and carpeting needs.

  Great place very helpful After telling the salesperson we were trying to go modern we updated everything in the room. We just got our sectional today and could not be happier Thank you

  Still waiting on furniture that was promised to be delivered in 8 to 12 weeks....over 5 months and nothing but a run around..don't waste your time... I'm changing my review. Here is why. We did wait much longer for our dinning room furniture then we were told All in All... the furniture was delivered today and it is beautiful! In hindsight....well worth the wait!
