  I ordered furniture from them in December 2024. I paid in full, which was a huge mistake. I did not receive the furniture until June after numerous phone calls and emails. I do like the furniture, however, I felt like I was getting the runaround. Today, speaking to a friend of mine who had a very similar experience. I never posted this review earlier as I did not want to damage their reputation, however, this seems to be a common practice.

  Bradley Michaels not only has the finest quality furniture, their delivery people are exceptional. 5 stars definitely. My furniture was difficult to get in but they made it happen. Pleasant, clean and personable! Can’t say enough good things!

  We bought a leather reclining couch from them last January. While it was delivered at reasonable time, it came with what we perceived defected. When we would sit on the couch, it would creek more than expected. I should mention that the couch came without any paperwork. We immediately contacted them about this problem. At first there was no reply. We called, emailed and eventually just showed up at the store. We were given promises that they had contacted the manufacturer and the problem would be resolved. After months of waiting, I contacted the manufacturer directly, and they set the process forward. As it turned out, there were some structural issues that needed to be address. This process took over eleven months to resolve. The manufacturer tried to get in touch with the store, and they didn't even get a response. I went to Bradley Michaels because I thought they would stand behind their product. I am very disappointed in the way they do business.

  Bradley Michael's Furniture was so helpful while I was building my new home. Michael helped me pick out many new pieces for our home, but he offered so much more than just buying furniture. While building, Michael met with me at the lighting gallery to pick all of the lighting for the house. Their design consultation didn't stop there. They were always just a phone call away to answer any question I had throughout the whole process, such as paint colors, carpet selections, etc. Once the house was finished and furniture was delivered, Brad then stepped in to help out with decorating the house. Again, I couldn't be more happier with the level of service they provided and still continue to provide.
