I was told that they will match prices for competitor such as Amazon,!Walmart, Target etc., but they won’t watch their own prices online. What?!?! They called their customer service to find out that they actually can Do a price adjustment to match the online pricing but it’s up to the store manager or district manager’s discretion. Ultimately, they were just choosing not to do that for us.

If you are a freak for organization and neatness, this is your store. Also, if you like cute little tchotchkes, this is your store. In addition to all that, you can get a really nice custom walk-in-closet like we did. After years of putting up with a makeshift walk-in, we finally got the opportunity to have a custom-built walk-in and didn't want something cheap and flimsy. We went with their beautiful Preston line and it's gorgeous as well as functional. Service was incredibly accommodating, helpful and understanding. There were a few minor hiccups that were addressed and corrected professionally and masterfully. We worked with Windie and she's fantastic, great personality and knows her stuff, along with being very understanding. Everyone was helpful throughout the ordering and install process and we are so happy with the end product as are the cats; the WIC is basically now their bedroom.
