- SMS MAug 28, 20261.0An open letter to The Container Store leadership: bring back class. You used to stand for crisp, high-end organization. Now, walking into a store feels like entering a discount holiday popup full of cheap plastic doormats and scented candles. The new direction is cheapening a beloved brand. Fix this before your core customer base walks out for good.
- BWBetsy WehnerAug 24, 20265.0Ann was amazing! Helped me find exactly what I needed after a long day at work, she was just what I needed to help my "math math" when it comes to finding the right containers for my linen closet.... Prices are a bit expensive, but I happened to walk in on a flash sale of 40% off of what I was looking for.
- AGAdam GagorikJul 12, 20261.0Giant banners of a coupon that says 20% off any single item to celebrate Bed Bath and Beyond. Go to checkout and told I’m not allowed to use the discount. Checkout anyways and the lady hands me the exact coupon. Hand said coupon to my friend and he uses it on checkout no problem. Why the games?
- LELandon Michael (Elnots)Jun 28, 20265.0Staff were very helpful. Large selection of all sorts of organization stuff, not just boxes!
- CNCraig NMay 29, 20261.0Had a super frustrating experience at the container store. Items were marked down online 20% more than in the store. I was told that they will match prices for competitor such as Amazon,!Walmart, Target etc., but they won’t watch their own prices online. What?!?! They called their customer service to find out that they actually can Do a price adjustment to match the online pricing but it’s up to the store manager or district manager’s discretion. Ultimately, they were just choosing not to do that for us.
