  I had a lovely shopping experience at the Tempur-Pedic store near Rittenhouse Square. Stephen, the associate, was both knowledgeable and affable. I walked in with a plan for pillows, and he helped me to understand which pillow would be the best suited for my needs. The best thing was that Stephen was not trying to sell me anything but he wanted to ensure that I had the information to make the best decision. I'll be back!

  We went into Tempur-Pedic expecting a high-quality product but what truly made the experience exceptional was Stephen. From the moment we walked in, he was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly respectful throughout the entire process. Stephen took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and never made us feel rushed or pressured. He was thorough in explaining the differences between options and worked hard to help us find the perfect mattress for our needs. On top of that, he went above and beyond to make sure we got the best possible deals available. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience the way Stephen does. We left not only confident in our purchase, but also grateful for the level of service we received. I couldn’t recommend both the product and Stephen more highly. If you’re in the market, do yourself a favor and ask for him—you won’t regret it.

  Writing here because customer service and Stephen have really been a terror to work with. Stephen seemed nice enough in store. We were specific about delivery date needed and were there a month in advance. He assured us that this was doable and that it would ship “immediately” once we needed it. We started texting him the week before (per his instruction) about delivery. Many, many phone calls and texts later we discovered he input not only our phone number but also our address incorrectly. This meant that we have had to go without a mattress with no indication of when our mattress will be delivered or where it even is physically located. How does a company have no tracking data of their product? Customer service has offered no resolution and it appears Stephen has no ability to escalate or help us rush the delivery in any way. How absolutely no possible assistance exists remains a mystery to me. Extremely disappointed to say the least, particularly for such an expensive product. Very much recommend purchasing a different brand, or at the very least from a different store.
