  I love Raymour & Flanagan. Their furniture is beautiful, elegant, comfy & very durable. I would highly recommend. I had Mohamed as my sales representative. He was fantastic.

  Excellent customer service, especially from the Latino delivery drivers. They are always friendly, professional, and fast. They make my delivery a great experience. Highly recommend!

  My 2-week backorder disappeared on delivery day, despite being told it arrived at the warehouse. I'll update this once there's an update from their side. I'm totally floored. Sales experience was pleasant, but many models were out of stock. So I settled on something that seemed fine. Two days ago, I got a call from my salesperson saying the stuff I bought arrived. Awesome. And now, today, it was supposed to be delivered. The delivery guy calls me during the beginning of the delivery window and tells me it's not at the warehouse. I spent 30m chasing an answer from their management, he finally calls me back and tells me he's going to ask the salesperson where it is. He asked me to come in and select something else, and gave me a $100 discount on the order, but I prepared my house for a delivery and so far, they didn't honor their end of the deal. I told them I wanted what I ordered. Totally floored how they just lost my order.
