  The only reason this isn’t a one star review is because of the help of Whaleed. Besides that hands down the worst delivery experience I have ever had. In addition to being late, Moody and his team came to the wrong address. No updates were provided and it was not possible to track the shipment. If you buy from this store double check that it is Raymour doing the delivery otherwise do not waste your time.

  I have had so many issues over the past few weeks of trying to coordinate delivery. The sales team was great, but apparently the sales team and delivery team are incapable of speaking to each other. I have had the delivery team out here five different times over the past two weeks because they can’t seem to figure out what furniture they’re supposed to pick up and what furniture they’re supposed to deliver. This is absolutely absurd and I would not recommend doing business with these people.

  This recliner is perfect! We bought our first one in 2017 after my husband's first shoulder surgery, now going on nine years and after two more shoulder surgeries and every day use, the chair is still perfect-comfortable and quiet. We are finally buying a second one for me-yay!

  We had a great experience at the South Philly/Columbus Blvd store. Salesperson David W was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We found 2 pieces that we were interested in but wasn't ready to buy yet. There was no hard pressure to complete a sale. When we were home and realized that one of the pieces had come down in price, and there was a limited time holiday sale, we decided to purchase the order on line. The next day we contacted the store to extend out the delivery date and also to see if we can give credit to David for the sale despite having done it on line. Salesperson LaToya was able to accomplish everything and she did it in a friendly and professional manner. It seems like the team at the South Philly store works well together and we will consider shopping there again for our furniture needs.
