  I bought my bed here it is a beauty rest king size. I believe it was a level 1 medium firm, Nina Anasweh was the person who helped me pick out my mattress and box spring and I got a Tempurpedic mattress protector she was great she was so patient with me and showed me everything and let me try all the different beds out and she helped me find one in my budget She was such a sweet lady with a Such a great personality she did not rush us at all, Or try to Push me into anything She let me take my time and pick what I wanted And helped us to stay in our budget. She was a very great sales associate. It would be nice to see more sales associates as sweet and as pleasant to deal with as her Everywhere in the world. I also had a little problem the deliverymen brung out the wrong Mattress protector and she helped me to do the exchange. The bed is awesome I wanted a firm bed and I got a firm bed. I think it's more firm than The extra firm I recently had. Me and my fiance were so happy with our purchase and so glad we got to deal with somebody that was pleasant.

  My experience upon walking in the door was professional warm and inviting,I have to say “Nina” was outstanding!! Not only was she professional and pleasant but was Well versed in the products actually Nina made the whole experience very easy to decide weather or not we were going to do business with Raymour. OUTSTANDING job Nina!.. looking forward to making more purchases at that branch based on our experience.

  When I arrived at Raymour on cottman ave and walked in we were greeted my Nina the sales representative Leader, very polite and respectful, young lady that knew her work, we asked her we were looking for a Nortec bed and she took us straight to the area where they were, we tried, most of the Nortec beds and we finally picked the one out but we didn't only pic it out NiNa picked it out along with my wife but along side we ran into a problem and she took care of it and straighten it out If for some reason you need to go to cottman's Raymour and flanigans for furniture see NIna and she will help you out. To the fullest.
