  These guys are TOP NOTCH! Took care of EVERYTHING, the communication was EXCELLENT. I never actually met anyone in person because of my busy work schedule. They came to my house gave me the estimate, then went to a nursery took pics of several of the type of tree we wanted then text me the pics- we chose one, they picked it up brought it to my house - removed the existing tree - grinded the stump and planted the new tree! All for LESS than another co. wanted to just remove the tree! I highly recommend them !

  I can’t say enough good things about this company. From the start, they gave me a very reasonable quote and were willing to work with me on price, which I really appreciated. Once we agreed on everything, they had the job scheduled within about a week and showed up exactly on time the day of the work. The crew was incredible — they made quick work of a massive 60’ elm tree, and the whole process was far more controlled and professional than I expected. I was honestly really nervous about removing the tree because it was located in my South Philly backyard with very tight access and neighbors close on all sides. But the team handled it perfectly. They carefully roped and lowered every section down with precision and took great care not to damage anything — not my property or any of my neighbors’. When they finished, they cleaned everything up extremely well. They couldn’t fit a stump grinder into the space, but they cut the stump so low that you can barely even tell it’s there. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

  A tree fell on my house from the neighbors yard that’s in back of mines, so I called Rapid Tree Care and they came and took care of everything. They definitely live up to their name. Thank you Rapid Tree Care!

  Rapid Tree Care and Ceiba Tree Service were outstanding from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, professional, fast, and efficient. They hooked us up with a very fair price, handled everything safely, and completed the work quickly without cutting corners. Carlos and his crew from Ceiba were excellent on-site—professional, respectful, and clearly experienced. Safety was a huge priority throughout the entire job, especially around neighboring properties, and the cleanup afterward was honestly impressive. The yard was left in great condition. What really stood out to me was the professionalism behind the scenes as well. Rapid Tree Care quickly provided all insurance documentation and certificates for both their company and the subcontractors performing the work, which gave me a lot of confidence before moving forward. Communication the entire time was excellent. I can’t thank Carlos, his team at Ceiba, and Rapid Tree Care enough for making this such an easy and stress-free experience. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for tree removal or stump grinding and would 100% use them again in the future.

  Workers arrived on time and ready to rock and roll! They were pleasant and did everything I asked of them. We are very impressed and grateful for all the work they did (brush clearing, bush removal and replanting, rhododendron trimming, tree removal, tree trimming, poison ivy removal, etc).
