I agree with most of the other 1 star reviews. This place needs a major personnel overhaul. It seems heavily understaffed and the staff that was present do not seem to care at all, nor do they seem knowledgeable on DIY.
I was stuck waiting at the saw for 20-30 mins for them to just cut one piece of wood and was left hanging after asking almost 6 times and each time they said someone would come. I didn't have the time so I had to leave with a piece that is essentially useless until I find the time to go to a different location and ask them to cut it instead.

Got a 10% Discount for veterans ..young man who was cashier was hospitable and knowledgeable about the process and directed me to my purchases..Customer service there was a young lady who was the exact opposite of the cashier,angry,spoke to me in over aggressive tone when asked about the process to apply for the military discount,very rude said “you got to go online “and then walked away ..Needs to be retrained on customer service and interaction..Saying no is easier to understand if the delivery is pleasant…

The customer service at this store is extremely disappointing!
The “store manager” Brandon came to assist very unpleasantly. I simply needed a receipt for my return purchased. They were out of printing paper when it was time to print my receipt. And in an aggressive tone Brandon stated over and over “our system doesn’t work like that I can’t print you a receipt “. I can’t see my wrong in asking for a receipt for something I purchased and don’t need to be spoken to in a rude tone because the store is out of printing paper. Lots of people I know shop here and spend their money please do better with your customer care/service that’s all I ask.
