    As a customer I am appalled at the level of cleanliness that this Lowe's has for their restrooms. I wanted to share a picture but it is so dirty and disgusting that will be not fair to the public to see how poorly this place is cared for. We live in the year 2026, in the store as large as Lowe's cannot keep those bathrooms clean?

    They have a few stray kitty cats that roam the store freely. So awesome, that's it that's all it takes for me to love everything about this lowes location! Haha ❤️😻

    I visited this Lowe’s location at 1500 North 50th Street to purchase wood for a DIY project and needed the material cut before leaving the store. The associate assisting me, Karon, informed me that the saw was “out of order” and pointed to what appeared to be a homemade cardboard sign. As someone who frequently takes on DIY projects, I understand that equipment occasionally needs maintenance. However, this particular saw seems to be “out of order” far more often than it is operational, which made the situation feel less like a genuine issue and more like an unwillingness to provide a standard service. Unfortunately, it came across as though the associate simply did not feel like making the cuts. One of the reasons I consistently choose Lowe’s over competitors is because of the convenience and customer service, especially as a veteran who has shopped at many Lowe’s locations across the country. I’ve always appreciated the respect and consideration Lowe’s typically shows veterans and customers alike. Sadly, this location has been, by far, the most unpleasant and customer-service-lacking Lowe’s I have ever visited. To be completely transparent, I have never had a genuinely pleasant experience at this particular Lowe’s location. Every visit seems to involve unhelpful attitudes, poor customer service, or associates making customers feel as though routine assistance is an inconvenience. Customers should not feel like they are bothering employees simply for requesting services Lowe’s advertises and provides. The inconvenience caused today was significant. Because the wood was not cut, it did not fit in my vehicle. I then had to return the items, drive 30 minutes to another Lowe’s location on Columbus Blvd, repurchase the materials, and have them cut there instead. That experience was the complete opposite. The staff at the Columbus Blvd location were professional, helpful, and provided excellent customer service without hesitation. At the end of the day, customers are paying not only for products, but for the services Lowe’s advertises and provides. The contrast between this location and the Columbus Blvd location was night and day. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used as an opportunity to improve the customer experience at this store.

    Not a bad lowes. Checking out is one of the most terrible and frustrating. No space for anyone to stand to pay. Standing in the middle of the hallway where everyone walks through isnt smart at all.
