I got all this stuff at the discounted section area just to be told if the price is not crossed out they can’t sell it half the price as listed. Pretty sure it’s illegal. Customer service did not see a problem with it and sent me out without a purchase.
Nobody cared about anything, and the employees did not show up when requested customer service help twice. I was treated like a liar who collected plants across the store trying to get them half the price. I lost an hour doing this BS. Totally ruined my morning. Never coming back to this place, anybody else can have my business, and I was a business customer.
Update: I will also be contacting Lowe’s corporate office and the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Bureau of Consumer Protection regarding what I believe was misleading pricing and display of merchandise in the designated discount section.

The Lowe's on Roosevelt Blvrd., I do not recommend this particular store location, the customer service staff is rude, pretty much no one in that store knows anything!! That store needs a staff that knows what department to send there customers, I have been dealing with lowes since may, it is now August! The installation crews they have are outstanding! I must say! The customer service is a different issue, a few are ignorant, rude, and sorry to say this but are stupid at there job! If you need a big purchase go to a different Lowe's, even the manager did not ring my orders up properly, I had to go back a few times!! And when calling them they go to the next level of rudeness and stupidity. It was a $6000.00 spend! Never again!!!

Do not purchase custom blinds through Lowe’s.
I spent over $2,000 on custom blinds, and the experience was one of the most frustrating I’ve ever had. My order was measured or manufactured incorrectly three separate times, and it took six months to finally receive blinds that fit.
During that time, I went three months without blinds on my windows, leaving my home without privacy. Despite the repeated mistakes, I received no refund, no compensation, and no accountability for the inconvenience.
The communication was slow and inconsistent throughout the entire process. Since Lowe’s works as a third party with the manufacturer, every issue took far longer to resolve than it should have.
If you’re considering custom blinds, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere or working directly with the manufacturer instead of ordering through Lowe’s. This experience was an enormous waste of time, money, and energy, and I would never recommend purchasing custom blinds from Lowe’s.
