The absolute most incompetent company i have ever shopped at. Never ask for delivery because their group of lazy incompetents will not even bother, my entire week was wasted because these lazy individuals dont even offer an option for pickup when their competitors do...why??? I wasted 1300 dollars an in addition they made a massive problem about a refund....DO NOT SHOP AT LOWES!! These incompetents will not even get your dryer or appliance delivered a tremendous waste of time worst hardware company to exist they should be out of business

I’ve had great experiences in this store from Mr Tom whom I had the pleasure of him helping me in three occasions always eager to help, has great knowledge of what you would need for certain projects. From Mrs.Claudine who has also helped me in 3 separate occasions without a single second thought eager, very polite. Eric helped me find tools, and hardware equipment walking around with me until we found everything I needed even Sean helped to Selena who actually walked me through opening credit card with Lowe’s so Yes I feel like family. I will keep shopping at this particular Lowe’s walk in ask for your needs They’re there to help you.

Bought an item on July 8 a cargo extender bar for my pick up truck same-day delivery 20 days has lapsed and it’s now July 28 and I still have not gotten the bar. Or Refund. I’ve called numerous times about five times the first and second time it was related to the missing items that were delayed. They reassured me that it’s coming soon days later I wind up, changing my mind asking for a refund. I called three more times each separate occasion they did not give me the refund. They say that I have to wait they were unclear how long I have to wait. I’m just disappointed of what this customer service at Lowe’s. I’m basically realized I might just have to eat the cost of $35 because If I keep calling I will keep wasting my time. It’s not even worth it . I never experienced this ever .
