⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Phenomenal service from Jay!
I had a great experience at this Extra Space Storage location near the Jefferson East Falls campus. Jay was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist my son and I. He needed to store his dorm room items for a month between the summer term and fall move-in, and this spot is an easy 5-minute drive from campus.
I managed to make a mess of things by double-booking units both online and over the phone, but she sorted out the mistake quickly and effortlessly. She also walked us through how to use the cylinder lock. On top of the amazing customer service, the pricing was very affordable for our temporary needs. Jay made a stressful college transition completely seamless—highly recommend!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They go out of the way to assist with anything you need. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that I found mouse droppings in the unit. Otherwise it looks very clean.
