- MSMatt SpohnApr 19, 20261.0terrible security - my unit was tampered with - someone attempted to break lock and cut through the door - despite raising fees more than 100% over the past year, impossible to get support on weekends when unit is actually accessed. Customer support is supposed to be Mon-sun 10am-6pm but impossible to get anyone to help on weekends. Currently cannot get into my own unit due to damage and no response from Extra Space. I also often see people follow others in without entering an access code.
