I had such a wonderful experience with Angelo at Extra Space Storage! He was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely so sweet from start to finish. He made the entire process unbelievably quick and easy, I was honestly shocked by how seamless everything was. Angelo was welcoming, patient, and made sure we had everything we needed without making the process feel complicated or stressful at all. His customer service was truly above and beyond. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people and making sure they have a great experience. If you’re coming to this location, ask for Angelo! He was absolutely wonderful and made the whole experience a 10/10. Could not recommend him enough!

Great experience. Did online research, narrowed down to a CubeSmart and this extra space storage. Could feel the difference in cleanliness, security, transparency, and friendliness. Angelo couldn’t have been a better representative for this company.

I’m a recent new renter having moved here from out of state and needed storage close by for frequent access and a convenient location. The entire process from customer service to obtaining the unit was fast and prompt. The layout and elevator access is well designed with a key code to enter. The unit design allows hallway lighting to keep it well lit. My last rental was so dark I needed a flashlight to even see inside, this is much better. I live within a mile and can use my large wagon to bring items back and forth instead of always driving so that’s a big plus. Highly recommend Extra Space Storage.

I came in to secure a unit I reserved online through Sparefoot.
Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get there until around 5pm - even though the office hours were only until 5:30pm.
Mario (who is usually overseeing a different facility, in N.E Philly) was friendly, very helpful, extremely patient with me & accommodating.
Between navigating on multiple different floors to show me different sized units - until we found what I felt was the perfect fit, answering every one of my many questions, completing paperwork, making sure my code worked & getting the lock on my unit- he stayed with me a whole hour past when the office was closed.
The entire time, I never felt rushed, pressured, or like an inconvenience.
I truly appreciate the time he spent with me - letting me know all my options, getting me set up with the mobile app, and making sure I was confident with my purchase.
