This place falsely advertises its storage units. I specifically rented what was described as a floor-level locker, only to arrive and find that the unit was approximately 20 feet in the air. A unit suspended that high is not what most customers would reasonably consider a floor locker.
The experience was frustrating, misleading, and a complete waste of my time. If the unit is elevated and requires special access, that information should be clearly disclosed before customers reserve and pay for it. Transparency matters, and this facility failed to provide it.
I will not be spending my money here again and would not recommend this location to anyone expecting to receive what was advertised.
Note to corporate: the main access door granting entrance to the entire storage facility is broken and will not close. Lack of security to a storage facility is a slap in the face to the consumer.
