This past Thursday, I had the pleasure of working with Félix, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.
From the moment I arrived, Félix was attentive, respectful, kind, and very professional. While I was there, he answered every phone call with patience, courtesy, and genuine kindness. It was clear that he treats every customer with respect, and I was very impressed by that.
He took the time to explain everything to me, including the storage options, pricing, company policies, security features, cameras, and access codes. He also helped me find a unit at a price that fit my budget, which I truly appreciated.
On top of that, he personally gave me a tour of the facility, walked me to my storage unit, and made sure I understood everything before I left. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and made the entire process easy and stress-free.
I left feeling completely satisfied with the service I received. Félix is an outstanding employee who represents the company exceptionally well. He truly deserves to be recognized for his excellent customer service.

Am informing you about this issue with our units. Is been in 8mine that lately things are happening to us all. Over the past few months I have been in not having enough evidence, to whom it is needed. Things are disappearing from the location of storages units. If you have been able to realizing, some objects can't be found or miss replaced. Reporte! Can't be sure of some items but make sure it doesn't be lost. Blessings to you 🙏 all...
