I had a wonderful experience at this location thanks to the Manager Shawn! He made the process painless from start to finish, he was very professional and patient with me with my thousand questions (some of them were repetitive lol). You could tell he is for the customer not just to make a sell. Shawn went above and beyond with showing me to my unit how to get/out, using the key pad and how to navigate the app to make my payments. He also took the time to show me all the options and helped me to choose the best unit for my needs & for my budget. Thank you Shawn for such a great experience and I will be sure to let anyone know to check out this company for their storage needs.
