This facility was really nice, clean and organized. We arrived a few minutes before the loading dock was supposed to close (closes at 3:30pm Sunday) and Patricia was kind enough to let us use the loading dock for 30 minutes. She was kind, informative, and really helped us when we were in a time crunch. Would highly recommend using this facility!

Ms. Patricia was professional, informative and pleasant in a clean well stocked location. I have difficulty walking she gave me a lower chair and offered me bottled water. Please continue to hire great employees like her.

Facilities are nice but the people who work there are late in the mornings, incredibly punctual during closings, and rudely unhelpful. To shorten the hours drastically means it’s impossible to use the storage space unless you can take off work. Especially when they’re late to open. Insane.

Exterior gate doesn't open from the outside, and exterior door doesn't lock at all. Shrinking access hours. They say that "they put in an order to fix it" for this or that, but then things stay busted for weeks.
